Cue Request - Chronomancer's 'Now and Again'

Hello.

I have recently unlocked the 'Now and Again' passive on the ascendancy tree with my Chronomancer. While the passive itself is powerful, one thing that I believe would really help us players in getting the most out of its effects would be to have some sort of simple audio/visual cue to let us know when it bypassed a cooldown.

Without a cue, I notice myself wanting to look down at my skill bar every time I use a cooldown ability to see if it was bypassed, which given the nature of the game, can be fatal, or least of all disorienting. When using abilities with quicker cooldowns in particular, taking the time to consistently check and reorient your vision back up to combat takes away from its usefulness.

There are already a handful of POE abilities that come with a useful cue of some kind, and I feel we would benefit from 'Now and Again' having it as well.
