Unable to interact with Stone Altar

Currently in ACT 3 Cruel, Legacy of the Vaal quest. On step to Place the small Soul Core into the Stone Altar and I'm unable to interact with the Stone Altar. Alva seems to be in the way but I do see the "A" prompt to interact with the altar. My character does the animation of placing the Soul Core in the Altar (empty handed) and will not progress to open the door. Please help





Update: I have reset the instance and that seemed to do the trick. Will update post if I experience issues opening the remaining doors. Thanks
