Poe2 items r being filtered off when no item filter.

hi so im having problems with all characters on hard core and softcore as well. So i had a neversoft items fillter on and saw a item drop and couldnt pick it up in free for all loot. So i quit the game and unfollowed the item fillter as well. And i hard quit the game on xbox. So i logged into my softcore and nothing as well? I dont know wht else to do . Sorry to bother u guys. I love the game by the way.. So much better the Diablo4
