Can't see rolls/tiers on gear on controller

Since the patch I can't see what affixes are prefix or suffix, also can't see what the item rolled eg (10-15)% not showing and not showing the tiers of the roles please please can you fix this?

+1 specifically noticed that in coop player 2 can’t access the tier info any longer at all where as player 1 can access it in certain situations.
