Greater Lightning Bolt Skill Menu Game Crash

I was able to reproduce this multiple times in a row.

Steps:
1. Have a Choir of the Storm equipped (in my case, one that provides L18 Greater Lightning Bolt).
2. Open the Skill Menu and hover over the Greater Lightning Bolt skill gem area to see the tooltip.
3. Directly swap to a different Choir of the Storm that provides a different level of Greater Lightning Bolt (in my case, L19).
4. Attempt to hover over the Greater Lightning Bolt tooltip. The game will freeze and crash.

Note: I also tried swapping the amulets immediately after relaunching before opening the skill menu/looking at the tooltip and the game does not crash.
