Loot feels stealth nerfed after patch

Currency drops feel bad after patch, not sure if anyone else has noticed it.

Juiced a map with:

100% Quantity,

75% Rare mobs

65% Rarity

28% increased pack size.


and 2 breaches, with 280% IIR on gear (yes I know 100 is soft)

Pulled 5 exalts, in this situation pre patch I may have walked out with 20 +

Considering rolling all my maps to optimize these stats cost me 60 + Exalts

Doesn't feel good, re affirms the dopamine wasteland feeling, if that's the direction the game and community want to go I respect it, but for now after 95 levels of a warrior the Early access doesn't feel for me.

I'll be taking a break while the development continues.

Noticed no nerf. Another 8 div night last night in about 1.5 hrs and a 30 div rare drop. Did 2 maps this morning beforenwork and dropped another div.
RNG be like that. Nerfs are only in your head.

Breach density got toned down so that's what you're seeing.

I agree that breaches feel far less rewarding when it comes to loot - but they were kind of absurd before.

At least Delirium is far better now and in line with where Breach is today.

I miss the old breach, but I get why it was nerfed.

Hey It could very well be, I've run around 10 maps since patch and all of em have felt pretty lackluster since, that was just the most recent outlier on such perfect stats.


What ive noticed more so than anything is that the exalt tier of loot appeared different, I'm getting 10 X more Regals than anything else right now and it felt off.

I know breach got toned down by 15% I expected that, but the majority of odd things im noticing are in just Rare mobs themselves, prior to patch it was very rare to see a rare mob in those situations NOT drop an exalt if not multiple, now I see 3 to 4 regals a pop but exalts seem less and less.

It just feels like the loot tier got shifted on Rares, and although id like Divines, my concern is with the exalt shift in relation to the expense it takes to continue rolling maps for good stats.

again, could be in my head, maybe its a bad string of luck, but every map has seemingly run that way with comparable stats minus the breaches.

Feels odd.

Yeah and me and my friends found like 7 raw divines within a couple hours of logging in post patch when we usually find maybe 1.

RNG gonna RNG.


Breach nerf is valid though, but no reason to believe drop rates changed. They don't intentionally change things like that without saying anything.

It's not, it was just the most recent egregious outliar with quotable stats I could reference.


The fact is I've been running maps since yesterday after the patch and most have felt that way, I've ran about 10 today up till that map and came to that conclusion.

Again, it FEELS stealth nerfed given the limited sample size I obviously cant quantify that for certain.

However, it has been noticeable to me in that time and I wanted to point it out to the community to also gather more opinions on the matter and expand my data coverage.


If noone else is feeling that way then it most certainly could simply be a bad outlier in a string.
outliars are not relevant to any statistical discussion. They're the nature of RNG, they even out over time.

TEN maps isn't a relevant sample size either. You need to run thousands.
