PoE2 (PC) xbox controller drop instead of Stash loot

On PC.
Like an hour ago if I pressed Y it would either unstash or stash items respectively, but now all it does is drop the items. I can't find any keybinds for this. Can anyone help? It's a known bug outside town drops items.
