Buried Loot and Random Glitches

Cant seem to find info on this loot drop glitch. I assume it has something to do with controller support on PC version. It's rare and doesn't always happen, but tend to lose good items. LOL

Is it some effect happening during a fight, or skill... the item info disappears like it's buried in the ground. Using the typical NeverSink filters.

Also I tried switching back and forth between controller and keyboard, but the item shown in image, stays the same. Cannot interact with it at all in either input mode. It shows on the map as an item, as seen in this pic. Really enjoy taking a break using a controller, but not at this expense. Oof

Also just noticed if I keep playing, future items show but then they disappear. Almost like an auto-pickup but it doesn't go to inventory. Just disappears from the screen. Very buggy and bad. Guess not using a controller with PC is the best option until it can be fixed. RIP carpel hands.

Tried troubleshooting again with someone from community server, but still no luck trying to work thru the settings and options. Still a mystery.

However, this time when I switched back to keyboard, the loot showed up - or likely the gnome who buried it on controller met his untimely demise and decided to give it back.

Maybe one day it'll be fixed. For now, not worth it.

This has been resolved. Since a patch or two ago, I guess something changed cause I found it answered in another thread from a few days ago. It's the eye icon on the skill bar. Somehow it had got turned off, and was on the secondary. So the items would highlight but then go away after a few seconds. Turning the eye icon back on, showed them again. So thankful. LOL

Also the same for all the labels in Hideout, etc.
Not sure why no one could answer this question, or POE support - but yeah.

Oh! I have all my loot buried so not finding an answer anywhere i'm reinstalling the game now on console and there in the meanwhile searching for the solution...but i think it can be the eyed icon so thankyou. I just a couple hours before make a new char and there are all icon that i put off on my main char so seriously it must be the answer... Probably i misscliked it!
