Console UI does not show Charms activating

I was really excited for the touted feature this patch to see when my charms were firing off, but unless I'm missing something there's nowhere to see that in the console UI.

I didn't see mine activating either so I started watching the charges and checking to see if I was immune to poison occasionally... it appears they're completely turned off after the update. The charges never go down and they don't appear to go off at all.
I really look forward to them noticing and fixing this. |
