Players Cursed with Temporal Chains Reduces Mana Recovery Rate

Getting the curse Temporal Chains through a waystone modifier noticeably reduces Mana Recovery per second even though the character page doesn't reflect this.

For example, my mana recovery per second is 1566.1 while stationary. This number doesn't change even when afflicted with Temporal Chains though my mana recovery or consumption is increased.

Yup, I notice this really early before anyone talk about it on the internet.
