Jamanra the Abomination

I'm on act 2 cruel, warrior level 63, I'm sure my build is not the best. But Jamanra the Abomination is ridiculous. I've attempted to defeat for over two hours and can't even beat him half way. I had trouble with him the first time around but the second time on cruel is way to hard. I was at level 59 the first time I attempted, didn't even last long. So I level up and equip better gear. Well that didn't help much. Unless you guys fix this, I guess the is just unplayable. and I really like this game and spent a lot of money already. Sad I can't even get to the endgame, which I hear is also ridiculous hard.
