New charm hud indicator not there

I watched the videos showing new changes for the latest patch( that i have installed today) and it said that there will be an on hud indicator for your charms and it will tell you when your charms are used however there is no indicator on the hud that was in the video.it is exactly the same as pre patch I use the central default hud layout and I even switched to the others and still there is no charm indicator anywhere. Please investigate and rectify. Kindest regards
