Skills canceling other skills

If i use flame wall and hold down spark right after it cancels the flame wall cast.

I’m noticing similar issues on my monk and it just got me killed in breach (that and the insane amount of lag). Swapping between placing the bell and tempest flurry stutters and tempest flurry requires you to hit the skill button twice to actually activate it.
