4 days ago I contacted you via e-mail because the divines in my account were stolen. Then the authorized gentleman told me that nothing could be done and that he blocked my account for my security. I have no problems with security and I have been sending you e-mails for 2 days to open my account. I lost more than 100 divines because your employee's account was stolen and I have not been able to enter the game for 2 days. I enter this game by paying money. When will my grievance be resolved? If you do not solve my problem in a short time and victimize me. I open another account for reach you guys.

In the mail they said when u scan ur computer send us another ticket and we will open your account again. But its been 6 days please im sick of waiting help me please
