Cannot Access Ascendancy Content/Trial of Sekhemas

Hey!

I reached Act 2 and defeated Balbala. I got the quest item that she dropped. However, when I select the Trial of Sekhemas location from the Desert Map, it transports me to the location, but it does not allow me to exit the Caravan. No screen of "Create New Instance" pops up either. I just keep pressing "A" but nothing happens.
