PS5 Trading issue

Whenever I try and trade For an item in the menu It tells me that my account must be in game And gives me a red bar I have my Sony account linked To mind Path of Exile to account Please advise I would love to be able to access the Trading hub

Same, and can only email support or something when I try PM seller: any idea

Apparently it's a very well known issue for console players Developers know about it and they are the only ones who can get you access to the trade shop they have to do it on one single basis
