I would appreciate when I eventually would get my preorder-EA coins 1+ months after release...

I don't want to write everything in detail yet again.

The long story short is: I've bought EA for both steam and xbox and have half my EA coins sit on an old subaccount I never even used and never will use.

I did 2 forums posts and send 2 mails to the support email early december.

I eventually did get feedback 30.12. via email last year and the person I was talking to told they can assist me with my problem, asking for some specifics to confirm I'm the owner of those subaccounts...and ever since: crickets.

I'm a patient person, but the situation is starting to piss me off.
