PS5 account linking not working

I bought an EA supporter pack on the PlayStation store. Been playing the poe2 ea since it came out but I can’t trade with other players or now use item filters even though my account is linked to my ps5 account. The account management page says that I don’t have access to the ea so I feel like the accounts aren’t linked correctly. Please help.
