Desperate for Help: Locked Out of My Account

Hello GGG,

About two weeks ago, my main account received a 24-hour chat ban due to some foolish behavior in the global chat. I completely understand why the ban was issued and have learned that my sense of humor doesn’t always resonate with everyone. I’ve taken this as a lesson and will avoid acting that way in the chat moving forward.

That said, I noticed that my account has also been locked, in addition to the 24 hour chat ban. I’ve already reached out to support via email but haven’t received a response yet. I’m hoping this message might help resolve the issue more quickly.

I sincerely apologize for my behavior in the chat, but I feel that a 24-hour chat ban shouldn’t warrant a complete account lock. Could someone please help me get this sorted? My account that was locked is Sniffing2Buns#5823. If you have a senior staff reach out to me I can share my email.

I saw previous posts that the mod "JC_GGG" helped people by "passing your message on to a senior staff member, who will be contacting you soon to discuss this issue privately."
