I bought the $60 version of the game on PS five and have no cosmetics already made an account on path of exile made an account on PlayStation and Linked them right one that’s funny still does not work

Can you please try opening your in-game shop to see if this helps to refresh your account's entitlements?
If this doesn't help, it may also help to load up the Path of Exile 1 client on your PlayStation and try logging into the game and checking the in-game shop using the Path of Exile 1 client to see if this can refresh your account's entitlements.
