Could we have an undo-last-salvage button?

Considering I just accidentally slipped and salvaged an epic quarterstaff that was going to be a 40% DPS upgrade for my character...
Is it unreasonable to have an undo last salvage option? We can have buyback for selling the wrong item, but we have nothing for disenchanting or salvaging. It would be nice insurance against frustration. Last bumped on Feb 21, 2025, 7:36:52 PM

I've done this in other games. What would be simpler is letting us "flag" a piece of gear so it can't be sold, traded, or salvaged without removing the flag.

Many games give you the ability to "lock" an item to prevent it from being deleted/sold/salvaged/etc. To say "pay attention" is the dullest response to this you can offer. Pretty sure people are paying attention, but shit happens. Especially if you're trying to quickly sift through a full inventory, and complete deletion is just one accidental click away. It's even more odd because this is the only place where there isn't a recovery method. Disenchanting puts the items into a window you have to confirm, trade requires confirmation, and even if you accidentally sell the wrong item, theres a buy-back tab to retrieve it. It's just a short-sighted QoL feature they need to address. |
