Microtransaction refund forgivenes timelimit

There needs to be a accidental purchase forgiveness timelimit. I understand that ggg can't just go around refunding every purchase that someone just wants to refund for no reason as in just didn't like it after a while and wants to refund. Although a 10-15 minute grace time would be really nice. For instance I was on poe1 looking though the cosmetics because the mtx shop on poe2 is lacking. Well while I was browsing I dosed off/feel asleep and accidently purchased an item on console that I had no intention on buying. Nor can I even use because i dont use a sheild. Also the mtx as we all know are extremely expensive. So now I'm out almost $20 on a mistake. I've tried reaching out to support twice in the past couple days to see if there is any course of action for a refund or an exchange for another item to no avail. I emailed support twice and I can't even get a response. Even just a 1 or 2 time refund forgiveness would be helpful.
