When are we getting a response.
I get that the team is back logged with tickets. Being patient isn't a question anymore since I've waited for weeks to hear from you guys. How long do we have to wait until tickets get resolved. This is just sad

Someone told me it's about a 4-6 month wait time for the appropriate department to resolve an issue.
