Sulphuric caverns boss glitch (POE 2)

Wanted to share a glitch i encountered while mapping in the POE2 Early access.
I entered the boss room on the map and it spawned a copy of Ektab the ancient steed, without the Iktab lord of death spawning. I killed Ektab (the giant mammoth guy) and after the fight no loot dropped and the door remains locked causing me to loose any loot the boss would've dropped as well as the rest of the maps loot. same problem killed the boss got stucked

Sulphuric Cavern, Boss Maps are Bugged. Both bosses do not spawn, only 1. No loot dropped. Can't portal out bc of boss area. Only solution for completing the map is to go Character Selection Screen, then enter back into the map.
