New day, new bug

Insane that this fight is so buggy that I completed it and it took away 500 honor to leave me here. The boss was stuck at 0 hp for 3 seconds, he finally died, and it dropped me to 0 honor when I had 500 left. I dont' understand what I did wrong when i had full ES and 500 honor and it just nuked all my honor but completed the fight first? I don't have any of my ascendancy points and can't get the chests at the end because I am stuck on the floor. I can't portal, I can't move and the only way for me to do anything would be to leave the game.

This was my first time being able to complete the fight and I was reward with a bug. This might be the bug that makes me quit. Such an awful feeling from a game company I admire. What am I even supposed to do about this? Accept that it's bugged and just go again? Makes me feel horrible want to uninstall the game because my final ascendancy is locked by two awful trials, I finally complete it and it takes away my honor.
