Game repeatedly crashing in Rattlecage room 0.1.1

I'm attempting to do my trials, and the game keeps crashing as I walk into Rattleage's boss room and the Balbala intro dialogue is playing. Exact same crash both times after maybe 3 crashes total prior to today's patch

Upon further testing, it appears the crash happens the moment I reach the end of the bridge (presumably that's when the boss animation begins).

I can stand and move around on the entrance side of the bridge for as long as I want, but as soon as I cross it and reach the other side the game crashes

Same to me, 3 times I crashed at the end of the bridge.

Same. I made a post about it earlier. I see my CPU skyrocket then the game crashes. I tried to limit cores but that didn't help any either.

Same for me, shortly past the "bridge" into the arena room the game stutters to freezing then just crashes to desktop. Tried 3 times as well to test, happens in same spot.

Same thing happening to me. As soon as I step past the bridge game crashes to desktop.

I have leveled a 2nd character and got to the first trial in Act 2 and again as soon as I cross the threshold at the end of the "bridge" into the boss arena it crashed to desktop. It is not character specific, the 2nd character was named differently as well just to make sure it was a repeatable bug on multiple/different characters.

After verifying file integrity on Steam I was finally able to do the trial on my 2nd character, just fyi in case anyone here hasn't tried that. It found 6 files missing/corrupted/whatever and reacquired them.

I just did the same after your post and it worked! Bizarre, but at least there’s a solution. Thank you!
