My account has been locked and support is not replying to emails.

I purchased the POE2 EA through steam.
I played the game upgraded later through this website now my account has been locked and I am unable to sign into the website or play the game at all.
I contacted support twice but have not received any reply.
Is there any other solution to solving this or would a refund through my payment provider be the only option at this point?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
