Load times.

I'm having 20 to 30 seconds load times when I get into my inventory and then get out. It doesn't happen every time but it does happen the screen will go black I'll be able to see Loot on the ground but not my character or any terrain. Also when I try to get into my cosmetics I won't be able to see my character I can see the cosmetics and where my character is supposed to be the screen is blue. Just trying to get in the game there is a long load screen or trying to get into maps.
