I'm getting fed up with the high latency

Every time I log in, in my hideout, nothing.
The moment I go into a map, the game starts to have internet issues, been playing for about 1,5-2 weeks now and everything's been fine until like 3 days ago. My ms would spike to 140-200 and won't go down even after restarting my pc ,the game or changing servers.
After about my 20. death because of this. im done, the game is totally unplayable , the game would suddenly freeze and the next thing I see is that I died, losing a ton of xp and a bunch of currency I used to juice up my map.
40 hours into the game and the last 3 days set me back about 10 hours.

And it's not hardver related because I have stable 60fps

Hopefully the next patch coming tomorrow will fix this or else I won't be playing this cause it's just mentally tiring.
