Corrupted Blood + CI Interaction

I am playing hardcore therefore this concerns me.

Since CI makes us passively immune to bleeding (because bleeding only applys if the hit who inflicts bleeding hits our life pool), what about corrupted blood? Am i instantly dying getting a stack of it with CI?

Corrupted Blood is just a debuff that deals physical DoT. It doesn't bypass ES.
