Problem with item filters

I have been busting my head for the last few hours trying to load item filters and using them on my xbox poe2.
No matter what i tried the filters will not load on my console
Furthermore, upon checking on the website, even tho i have bought and have poe2 active on my xbox account, on the forum when i go to poe2 early access it is saying i do not have access to it, how is this possible?
