PC/windows die at loading screen since 2 days ago canntt log in (poe2)

hello.

I have ryzen 7 5700x 16 RAM rtx 3060

I have 300 gb internet connection.

Ive been playing poe 2 since release perfectly but since 2 days ago pc freeze when I log the first loading screen after character.

I tried desactivating multi threading, got the previous windows version of windows again, and windows task manager I forced poe2 to only use 1 core.

still the problem persist and i need to do hard reset my pc.

its clear that i cant play anymore, i would appreciate to know if devs are working on a fix for this because if yes i will wait for it but if thats not the case ill ask for a refund.
