5 days ago bought the game, still cannot play because support doesnt help

As title.
I bought the game 5 days ago, claimed steam key, can't access the game because steam years ago created another account for poe1 (never played on that really) and now i cannot link my new account with the key for poe2 on it because there is already that old one. Support is not replying after 5 days i sent email and i cannot unlink it myself. Last bumped on Jan 16, 2025, 11:39:06 AM

That's a shame really, i saw all the post and people all around talking shit about how the team handle the problems with the game but i wanted to trust them and buy the game anyways. Now i feel dumb really
