PLS HELP, I CANT LINK MY POE ACCOUNT WITH MICROSOFT XBOX ACCOUNT

I need your help, when I try to link my POE account with my Microsoft account, it opens my Microsoft account and then it says that I will receive an email with instructions to connect both accounts, but that email never arrives... and I've tried to do it many times, it never works.

Could you please make sure you have added support@grindinggear.com to your email provider's contact list and/or whitelist? Could you also make sure to check the spam and junk mail folders in case the automated email is accidentally filtered?
