Account locked for a month now

Hello there.

I was happily playing PoE 2, than I saw that there are some claimable microtransactions from twitch streamers.
When i logged in on the web page I also observed that the email I had on the account was not mine (my steam was hacked like more than a year ago, but i did recover it and added double authentication).
To change the email, i did write a support ticket.. then they blocked my account so 'there is no possibility to do harm to the account untill we resolve the issue' they said in the email. More than a month have passed since then and I still dont have my account recovered!!!
Me writing to the support has made more harm to me than a hacker did!!

Please consider replying to the emails i've sent, I can provide all necessary information to prove that i am the original user, but i dont find it ok that most account related issues are not solved (I saw on reddit that many people had issues and nobody is replying to them)
