Steam connected to wrong account on POE

Years ago, I tried POE for the first time, but my computer was just not up to the task. Years later, I had a new computer and tried the game again, not remembering I had made an account on steam back then. I am posting to you from the old account that only has 1 level 1 witch on it, with the account name Polosha#5044

I now play several games on steam and one of them is POE 1, and now POE 2. My account I play with from steam is Jodee#4250 I don't know how I got connected to the wrong one, but I did have a tech issue with not getting the drops to start for watching Twitch right before POE 2 started POE access, I got a message from support saying they linked me to Twitch, at least that is what I thought.

I have tried to access that #4250 account from the web, but the password I have written down doesn't work, I tried the one I use on this account, but nothing I tried worked. I tried going to the email address I was using for games at the time, before I changed it, but my password there doesn't work, and I think the account was hacked because trying to recover it, the information is not correct for that either. If I can't fix this, I can't get help or access my account from the web, to trade etc. So basically I need my steam #4250, connected to the same account on poe, with main charactor in poe 1 Willowoods (which you can verify that is the account that is connected to the 5044 account that I don't have access to. Since the password won't let me in, I will need to be able to verify and change the password when logging in from the web, once it changes.

I have tried to recover the old steam, tried to log in any way I could, and even went to a email that I no longer have, and nothing on my end can fix this.
