Account locked for a 24h chat ban

Hi GGG,
A week ago my main account got chat banned for 24 hours due to me being silly in the global chat. I understand the ban and learned from it that not everyone shares my stupid sense of humor, and as such I won't be acting like that in the chat again.
However, in addition to the chat ban, my account has been locked as well. I tried contacting the support through email, but still got no response.
So I'm trying my luck here. I'm sorry for acting stupid in the global chat but I really don't think that a chat ban for 1 day is deserving of an entire account lock. So could you please contact me in order to sort this out? I don't remember my account number and I can't even log in to check, and I don't want to put my email to which the account is connected here on public forums.
