Experience completly ruined - Sub account STEAM BUG

I can't use my point because STEAM made some bul**hit Sub account.

I opened an account for the POE2
Then I bought the game on Steam.
Somehow Steam created a second account when I was connecting it to the POE website.

I logged into the game and went up to the second act of the game.
And I wanted to get some TABS for my early access points.

No points. The game logged me on a sub account that I didn't know existed, and it's empty.

This is my first time playing POE and I already put a lot of my scarce free time into the game, and now what?

Have to create a new character and start all over again?
Just to be able to use the point I paid for?

Because Steam created a sub account that I didn't need?

For a new player like me, this makes me not want to play the game any more.

I wrote support; no response. Goodbye POE 2, I guess.

I'm not paying again for just to get some tabs on my account.

I checked the forums, and sub accounts can't share or exchange characters or points, which is ridiculius taking into consideration that this happened to me.

If POE wants to be unfair to new players, good job.
