Heroic Tragedy unique jewel bug

Heroic Tragedy unique jewel with "by the line of Vorana" suffix replaces any notable passive with a "Circular Teachings" passive which is replases Strength's inherent bonus with "1% increased Energy shild per 2 strength". This works fine, but the bug is Gemling legionnair's ascendansy passive "Enhanced Effectivness" should double inherent bonuses of all attributes (so also strenght), so "Circular Teachings" passive from jewel should give 2% increase of ES instead of 1%, but it still gives 1% per 2 str no matter what, no difference when i take or remove "Enhanced Effectivness" passive.
