0.1.1 - Skills socketed in a Meta Gem's sockets can no longer gain energy.

first of all thx a lot for this amazing patch, it looks like u guys fixed everything i wanted to be fixed and i love u coz of that!

just need a clarification about this:

Skills socketed in a Meta Gem's sockets can no longer gain energy.

does that basically mean bye bye to cast on shock + lightning rod + orb of storms + ball lightning zerg fest?

It means that the triggers spell can't gain power or whatever it's called towards the next trigger. So yeah, no looping, you cast, trigger, done.

I'm guessing a particular YouTuber playing around with trigger loops that create moire patterns on screen using spell effects have something to do with this lol

Another one I saw was showcasing clearing a whole Breach by just pressing a skill a total of 4 times during the whole breach, using cast-on-ignite that causes ignite and thus triggers more cast-on-ignite...

We knew these were going away but it's still sad that devs couldn't find a way to keep these amusing interactions in the game.
