Account Email Change Issue！

Hi, it's been a week since the email was sent and I don't know when exactly the problem with my account will be fixed? There are many people on the forum who are also having account issues, and I have seen some waiting over 30 days, some over 60 days, and even over 6 months?

Is this a joke? It's been 7 days since the first email? But no response at all? Regardless of what kind of company you guys at GGG are, the customer support department is simply ridiculously inefficient!

With the new patch going live tomorrow and a possible new season of POE1 maybe starting soon, I can't get over the fact that I'm playing on an account (which has an account email that actually isn't mine)! It feels like I'm playing the game for someone else? Please fix my account problem as soon as possible!
