Infernal hound demon form

I cant understand why this isn't in the patch note, players on console doesn't have acces to the infernal hund on console. This makes it so that we take 20 percent more damage than players on pc. It also makes it so that some builds deal way less damage.

Hope you manage to put this into Fridays patch or at least as a hotfix over the weekend. This bug breaks the game for witch players.
