Microtransaction issues since Dec 20 not addressed

Hi,
I sent a request nearly a month ago now (20th Dec) inquiring about me having 0 coins despite buying and playing on my POE2 account since EA release. So far I've received 2 of the same copy + pasted replies from support asking the same (answered) question then radio silence, with still 0 coins and me unable to buy stash tabs despite having 100+ hours. All details are in the emails I've sent, tldr; the 300 coins are on a separated account under the same username - that isnt being used. Cheers, hoping I can buy stash tabs soon with the money I spent, lol.. Last bumped on Jan 16, 2025, 3:36:16 AM
