Temporarily remove Oasis from map pool

Please disable the Oasis map spawning until your team has ironed out the many issues this map is causing in key locations (connecting map between two tilesets) on the atlas since its often unable to be completed with rares being unreachable out of bounds (but shown on minimap) or not spawning in at all.

Happened twice to me.....

Yep, twice now Oasis map has rares off the map that I cannot reach. Tried warp and other movement abilities but cannot reach the point to make it spawn by getting to the small island above it, as well as other abilities that travel to agro it.
