Acquired Mtx not available in game and Can‘t Buy in shop

Ever since I bought the cursor pack I cannot spend any points on shop website. It always sends me to the buy more points site even though I own 4000+ points. Also I cannot equip any of the cursor in game.

Hey there, Exile. I'm sorry that you've run into an issue like this. Are you able to contact us about this at support@grindinggear.com? Please include your Path of Exile account name with 4-digit discriminator, a couple of character names on your account, and some screenshots of the issue where you are unable to purchase microtransactions?
