Mouse won´t click

Started yesterday, when I try to log in, the arrow travels thru the screen but mouse button won't click anything. I can get past the login screen and log a char by using cursors and enter key, but to no good, since the mouse buttons (left, mid, right) do nothing. Is this happening to others? Should I reinstall the game and client?
