is there any way to track the request status?

Hi GGG,

you recently locked my main account "to prevent further damage", two weeks after I was hacked due to the admin account leak and despite asking multiple times to skip this step.

I replied to this email 50 minutes after I got locked and asked if we could at least start the process to unlock the account, but I havent heard anything back since then.

I am not sure if this email ever got read by someone, or if I had to start a seperate email chain. Is there any way to check if this request was created? I know that your response times are incredibly slow at the moment due to the sheer amount of requests, but I just want to make sure that I am in the correct queue and wasnt overlooked.
