Help - Cant re-allocate "Eternal Youth" on Passive Tree

Cant reallocate "eternal youth" i am a monk and was changing my passives around and cant select eternal youth anymore. I can select every other connected node, it worked fine before and i have the extra points. Frustrated.

Is this a bug?
