Keys purchased on XBox not found in main account & limted to Xbox (No PC access available)

I'd like to express my disappointment regarding my recent discovery that a separate PC key is required to play a game I already purchased multiple times on Xbox.

Note, I've purchased one (1) copy for myself and gifted (3) three others, and now, upon learning about the PC key requirement, it feels unfair that this information wasn't more prominently displayed during the initial purchase.

As someone who works in platform services, I understand the complexities involved.
However, the current situation creates a barrier for players who want to switch platforms, especially considering the existence of microtransactions and cross-play functionalities linked to user accounts.

• Furthermore, there is a significant difference in aiming mechanics between console controllers and PC mouse and keyboard setups, which creates an unbalanced playing field and experience.

• This is particularly evident in game modes like Trials of Sekhemas, where precise controls are crucial to your success and the console fails at this.

• Ideally, offering optional keyboard and mouse support on consoles would address this disparity and enhance the overall experience ( it's activated at the OS).
e.g. via GDK for Xbox and Xbox Platform Add-on | activate & test in sandbox, etc. then promote to production OS

• Creating a Cloud instance could also address this issue and grant the items above by default as you'd be playing through Windows Cloud OS, not truly Console or PC

We all value the time you invest in your games, but the lack of clear information about the PC key requirement and the limitations of cross-platform compatibility make mmyself, and many others hesitant to continue playing beyond current endgame, and I believe there's a huge opportunity to improve the experience for players like myself who have already invested in the game but would like to experience it on multiple platforms without being penalized.

Please note that:
You have many generalized links on this site that do not address the limitations of early access accounts, which may require a separate purchase for platform account migration.

In fact, they explicitly fail to mention the limitations of early access accounts or acknowledge the potential issue of early access accounts requiring separate purchases for platform migration ( e.g. XBox to PC, PSN, etc. or, which is core concern.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
I look forward to your response and any potential solutions that might address these concerns.
