Unable to access the game

After purchasing a key of the game the 15th of December and playing with different characters for a total of at least 20 or more hours in the last weeks, a couple of days ago, i got this message after trying to log in "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase access now."

Obviously i paid and purchased the key, when i do the access on the PoE site i also see my main character registered but it says that i don't have purchased the early access, i alredy tried to contact the email support but without response.

Please i need help

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com if you haven't already so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used.

If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.

I sent a new email to the support with the informations requested, the object of the email should be the same of this post.

Update: I contacted the support at the email and i got the same response by Rajiv asking my account name, characters and the ID transactions, i again sent the informations and than nothing, no response of any kind, i redeemed my key and played only before the latest big patch so it's already 3 weeks at least since i got my account unable to access.
Did i lost my money?
Can i get a response at least?
